Booking Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations are accepted within 3 days from the date of booking. If more than 3 days have passed, no refunds will be issued.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of booking – Eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations between 24–72 hours of booking – Eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations after 72 hours – Non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a specified period after approval.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Last-minute bookings (made within 3 days of check-in).
- Gift vouchers and promotional bookings.
- Activities and services already used, such as nature walks, boat rides, or spa treatments.
- Food, beverages, and other perishable items.
Modifications & Rescheduling
We allow rescheduling within the 3-day cancellation period, subject to availability. Contact us as soon as possible to make changes to your booking.
