2. Booking & Payments

• All reservations require a deposit or full payment to confirm the booking.
• Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods as indicated at the time of booking.
• Cancellations and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy 
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to respect the natural environment and fellow visitors.
• Any damage to lodge property caused by a guest will be charged accordingly.
• Littering, disturbing wildlife, or engaging in activities that harm the environment is strictly prohibited.

5. Activities & Experiences

• Participation in activities such as birding, kayaking, pedal boating, nature walks, and chimpanzee viewing is at the guest’s own risk.
• The lodge shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during activities.
• Guests must follow safety instructions given by our guides and staff.

6. Facilities & Services

• The lodge provides amenities such as a restaurant, swimming pool, fitness center, spa, meeting room, and laundry services.
• Use of facilities is subject to lodge policies, and some services may require prior booking.
• The lodge reserves the right to deny service to any guest engaging in inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

7. Wildlife & Environmental Responsibility

• Entebbe Forest Lodge is committed to environmental conservation and responsible tourism.
• Guests are encouraged to respect wildlife and avoid any actions that could harm the natural habitat.
• The use of non-biodegradable plastics is discouraged.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

• The lodge is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
• We are not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or government restrictions that may affect bookings.
• Guests are responsible for their personal safety and should ensure they have appropriate insurance coverage for travel and activities.

9. Privacy Policy

• Guest information is treated with confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
• By booking with us, you agree to receive occasional communication regarding promotions and lodge updates.

10. Children’s Policy

• Children below 5 years sharing a room with adults stay free of charge (FOC).
• Children aged 6 to 12 years are charged 50% of the adult rate when sharing a room with adults.
• Children above 12 years are considered adults and will be charged the full rate.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times, especially near the swimming pool, lake activities, and nature trails.

11. Amendments & Updates

• Entebbe Forest Lodge reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
